12/23/2006 - Tampa, FL (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Tampa Bay running back Carnell "Cadillac" Williams was downgraded to doubtful on Friday because of a foot injury, making it unlikely the Buccaneers starting back will play Sunday at Cleveland.

Williams has played in all 14 games this year and rushed for just 26 yards on 11 carries in last week's 34-31 loss to the Chicago Bears in overtime.

On the year, he has just 798 yards on the ground with one touchdown. Michael Pittman is expected to carry most of the load in Williams' absence.
