New Jersey fell to 7-58 on the season and is trying desperately to avoid finishing with the worst record in NBA history, set by the 1972-73 Philadelphia 76ers (9-73).

Jarvis Hayes and Keyon Dooling chipped in 16 and 15 points, respectively, off the bench. Brook Lopez and Terrence Williams added 14 points apiece in defeat.
